Hi, my name is Sean Alzate a.ka Chef Chapi
I realized cooking was my gift when I was 23, and from that point on I knew this was something I wanted to take seriously.
Chef Chapi started as a Food pop up and has since evolved into a private chef and catering brand focused delivering a more refined personal dining experience.
I came up working in professional kitchens, where I learned how to stay sharp, move with purpose, and pay attention to the details that make everything run the way it should. That foundation still shows in how I cook today.
My style is rooted in comfort food, but with a health-conscious balance. I like creating meals that feel satisfying and real, while still being something you can enjoy consistently - not just a one-time indulgence.
Everything I make is from scratch, using quality ingredients, with the goal of giving you food that not only taste good, but helps you feel your best.
